the experience
I grew up in a small town in Central Illinois. I was raised with dirt roads, corn fields as far as you could see, and the security of small town life. After marrying my high school sweetheart, Kevin, we moved a variety of times. Since he enlisted in the Army, we have lived in Texas and Colorado. We are now stationed in Stuttgart, Germany. I love to travel and would love to capture your memories all around Europe!
My background as a small town girl still lives with me in various ways, particularly in my desire to be barefoot all the time. In the warmer months, temperatures above 50, I am barefoot. I will always start a shoot with shoes, but chances are, midway through I am kicking them off and showing my true nature.
My love for photography has brought me everywhere from the swinging moss on Charleston's historic oak trees, the wide open spaces in Texas, the plains of Central Illinois, the deserts of Arizona, the mountains in Colorado, and darling areas around Germany, Italy & France. But regardless of where I live or travel, my ability to capture and create memories makes any space feel like home.
